What cities does JJRacingParty serve?
We service cities in the South San Francisco Bay Area; Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale. If you happen to live outside these areas in the SF Bay Area please CALL us for a birthday party quote.
What is the best age for the JJRacingParty?
Boys and girls who are ages 3 – 12 love the JJRacingParty experience. However, if your child is only 1 or 2 years old, we don’t mind doing birthday parties for them as long as the MAJORITY of the party guests are OLDER. We can also bring our JJ Future driver track at no additional cost for the younger age group. Our tracks can also be a fun event for a corporate party or sales meeting as our tracks work for all ages of guests who enjoy a racing theme.
What does the party include?
A JJRacingParty team member who arrives at your location about 45 minutes before your party start time to set up the tracks. Our track sets currently include: JJ Quarter Mile Drag Race Track (25' six lanes) and the JJ Speedway Oval Track (12' multilane). All of the cars are included for the tracks as well. Set-up and knock down is not charged time.
How much space is needed for a JJRacingParty?
We need floor space similar to that of a two car garage. Most back yards, front yards, driveways, garages etc. will work fine. The floor space does NOT have to be square. The tracks are plastic so a shady area outside is best to not overheat the race tracks and participants.
Can you set up the JJRacingParty indoors?
Indoor set ups are best for rainy days but we prefer outdoor spaces which offer more room for everyone to move around between the tracks.
What if it rains?
Fortunately, it does not rain too often in the SF Bay area. But if it does, hopefully you have a Plan B option for the party like a garage, or large empty family room or covered patio available. If needed, we can reschedule your party to another date at no additional charge.
How long of a time period should I book for a JJRacingParty?
Most of our clients have 2 hour birthday parties and typically keep us for about 1.5 – 2 hours. We do have a 1-hour minimum with the "optional" overtime available after the 1-hour minimum has passed. You can make "overtime" decisions on the actual date of your party.
Does it matter how many guests I invite to the birthday party?
Yes. Please let us know if you plan on having more than 20 party guests and we can discuss options of super sizing your party.
Do you offer mid-week birthday party discounts?
Yes, SAVE up to $50. Please check our Party Prices page, or call as we do offer mid-week “specials”.
Do girls like the JJRacing Party?
Yes, girls have just as much fun as boys and are some of the best racers.
How far in advance should I reserve a JJRacingParty date?
We recommend reserving your birthday party date at least one month in advance.
Last minute requests are welcomed as long as we have availability.
Do I need to send a party deposit?
Yes. Once we agree on your birthday party date/ time, we will prepare and send you a "party packet" which includes all the specific party details for your event and information of how to forward your $50 deposit to secure and hold the date/ time for your party. The balance of the party fees can be paid on the party day.
